ABOUT THE WEBINAR

Beyond the better-known eating disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder the prevalence of Orthorexia is on the rise. Orthorexia Nervosa is used to describe extreme diets and an obsession with 'healthy' eating. With disordered eating habits normalized in our diet culture ridden world, it can be difficult to determine when 'healthy' eating has gone too far.
